SynaptiCore develops course materials, curriculums and conducts the actual training using various training techniques. Our training programs and materials are vendor focused, evidence-based, and culturally targeted. SynaptiCore works with its partners to identify what factors contribute to desired performance and what can be done to strengthen them, developing targeted training as appropriate.

To measure the effectiveness of our training, SynaptiCore builds evaluation into every project. We assess training impact at specific intervals to find out how well participants are applying the skills learned and how on-the-job performance has improved.
